Where are you based in?
We are based in the sunny island of Singapore.

How long will it take to process my order?
As all of our products are handmade from scratch, for orders of up to 5 items, we will dispatch your order within 1 week after the order has been confirmed.

For larger orders (more than 5 items) or urgent orders, please do not hesitate to DM us on Instagram @madeforbliss or email us at hello@madeforbliss.com. We will try our best to accommodate to your request!

What are your delivery options?
We have 3 mode of delivery options - Tracked Letterbox, Tracked Courier and Self Collection. Find out more on our delivery options over here.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you allow returns and exchanges of purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not allow for returns and exchanges once the order has been processed as each product is highly personalised and made to order.

What should I do if I received an incorrect item?
Kindly email us at hello@madeforbliss.com and state your order number and attach a clear snapshot of the product within 7 days of receiving your order.
